They’re not buried in terms and conditions — every setting is configurable in under 30 seconds. Below is the full picture, from the numbers you can set today to the habits worth checking in on.

Deposit, Wager, and Session Limits

Every player can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time. The minimum daily limit is approximately C$50 — enough for a casual session, but low enough to catch overspend before it starts. You can adjust these limits downward immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.

  • Daily deposit limit — configurable, minimum C$50.
  • Weekly deposit limit — cumulative over 7 days from set time.
  • Monthly deposit limit — resets on the 1st of each month once active.

Beyond deposits, you can also cap total wagers per day or limit session time to 30, 60, or 90 minutes. When the timer runs out, the game closes and you’re logged out for that session. No pop-up override.

Cool-Off Periods and Self-Exclusion

If you need a break, we offer optional cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off, your account remains open but deposits and play are blocked. After 30 days, the account automatically returns to active status unless you’ve requested self-exclusion, which remains in place until you contact support@1red.com to lift it. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the first 7 days.
